Hi, I am self taught (raw bluff) and been at it a very long time. I started drawing at a very young age and was encouraged by my family and friends. However, life gets in the way and the need to work was more important than a dream of art school. I stopped drawing in my late teens and found I had a even stronger draw to Punk Rock! For the next twenty years I was bashing a guitar, working and neglecting art. As with most men it takes a woman to set them on the right track and, it’s true in my case. I married in my early 40’s and put the guitar in charity and picked up a brush at my wife’s insistence as I always said I used to draw. Fast forward to now and this below is what I create. PS The guitar is back, just not as loud.
