David Cole

I have been painting since school days and have devoted more time to it since retirement. I paint in watercolour and concentrate on local landscape and detailed “botanical” paintings on hot pressed paper. I also work directly from nature producing looser on the spot sketches that I sell as portfolio work. As well as being a member of Wareham Art Club, I also belongs to Purbeck Art Weeks Festival and Poole and East Dorset Art Society. I show my work at Upton House (near Poole) and also at Holme For Gardens, West Holme and Rollington Barn,  near Corfe Castle,  during  Purbeck Art Weeks. I am happy to take commissions.
